Songwriter, record producer, and recording artist Denny Randell has asked that we clarify the production credit on our recent first time release of "I Didn't Know You Had It In You Sally, You're a Real Ball of Fire" by The Monkees, which was featured on a vinyl "45" single with an alternate mix of "Daydream Believer." The single was offered as a gift with the purchase of the deluxe editions of Headquarters and Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones Ltd.

Rhino mistakenly credited Denny as the producer of the single. Denny, who co-wrote the song, did, in fact, provide production services for the single, but only for the instrumental portions of the track. He was not involved with the production of the vocal portions of the track, nor was he involved with the final mixing or mastering of the track.
